How long does shipping take?
All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail from Monday to Friday and should arrive within 2 to 4 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Standard UK shipping is £4.50. UK shipping is free on orders over £30.
How do I start a return?

What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please include proof of purchase. Note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
When will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
