I explored what felt natural.

food
movement
silence
mindfulness
Because no one is responsible for who we are and what we become. That part is ours.
And life repeats the lesson until we learn it.
I repeated mine for 20 years.
Then I chose differently.
I ended the loop.
I began to grow.
I’m not building SU FIRE.
SU FIRE is building me.
